Vimeo Rebrand
Context
In celebration of Vimeo’s 20th anniversary, we partnered with Koto agency to execute a full rebrand. The initiative required orchestrating two major work-streams in parallel: managing agency partnership and budget oversight, and leading the internal rollout of the new brand across every customer and employee facing touchpoint.

Approach
I led the end-to-end creative and marketing operations for Vimeo’s rebrand, overseeing agency partnership, budget management, and the rollout across every customer- and employee-facing touchpoint. Given the visibility and aggressive timeline, I focused on strong organization, proactive stakeholder communication, and building clear systems that kept teams aligned.
Owned executive stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Product, Design, and Brand ensuring clear direction and timely feedback at each review milestone.
Managed agency partnership and budget oversight, maintaining close collaboration with the agency to stay on track and on budget.
Designed layered project management systems using high-level work-backs in Asana and detailed asset-level tracking across hundreds of deliverables to create accountability, visibility, and a single source of truth.
Led daily cross-functional check-ins review progress, resolve blockers, and ensure readiness across all channels ahead of launch.
Outcome / Impact
After an intensive four-month execution sprint, the rebrand launched on time and on budget across all Vimeo assets, setting a new foundation for the brand’s future.
Delivered a company-wide rebrand spanning 1 core design system, 200+ web pages, and 320+ images and videos.
Recognized with Vimeo’s AIE (Alignment, Intentionality & Execution) Award for leadership and operational excellence.
